Mantis squillid

Marine stomatopod crustacean. Compressed body, with well-marked longitudinal ridges. Chelipeds transformed into large prehensile legs, with the dactyl very developed and armed with six fine teeth. Light brown color. Telson yellowish, with two brown circular patches surrounded by white and the bluish border. Up to 20 cm in length.
